Abstrak

Human resource management in an Islamic perspective has been implemented by the Prophet Muhammad saw. when he received the mandate of the apostleship until Islam was established and developed. This can be seen through authentic hadiths related to the leadership journey of the Prophet Muhammad saw.. Hadith is the second source of law after the Qur'an in the sources of Islamic law. This study aims to describe how human resource management is in an Islamic perspective reviewed from the hadith. The method used in this study is a literature review. Data was obtained through searching for primary sources and articles that have been published in scientific journals. Through an in-depth analysis of the verses of the Qur'an and Hadith that are relevant to human resource management. This study reveals that human resource management in an Islamic perspective is the activity of planning, organizing, directing, developing, compensating, and supervising human resources in carrying out their duties and functions to achieve goals and in order to worship Allah swt.. The results of the hadith study related to human resource management, carried out by the Prophet Muhammad saw. include needs planning, job analysis, employee recruitment based on qualifications, abilities, integrity, and loyalty. Employee development through increasing faith (aqidah), knowledge, and skills, and morals (character). The Prophet saw. also pays attention to employee welfare, compensation for employee services in a timely manner
