Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of ontology, epistemology, and axiology in developing Islamic education management theories that are more effective and in line with the demands of the times. Exploring in depth how the concepts of ontology, epistemology and axiology in philosophy can become a strong foundation in developing Islamic education management theories that are relevant to the current context. By analyzing these three dimensions of philosophy, this research seeks to contribute to building a stronger theoretical framework for Islamic education management that is rooted in Islamic values. This research uses a literature study method with a focus on the study of Islamic educational philosophy and educational management. The research results show that ontology, epistemology, and axiology have significant implications for the understanding and practice of Islamic education management. This research also analyzes how these three dimensions of philosophy are interrelated and contribute to forming a new paradigm of Islamic education management that is more inclusive, relevant and oriented towards character development
