Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskripsi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1. Motivasi mengajar pendidik untuk menjaga kualitas hafalan Al-Qur’an di MTs Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an terbilang cukup baik. Motivasi mengajar pendidik di MTs Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an terbagi menjadi dua yaitu motivasi internal dan eksternal. Motivasi internal pendidik terbilang sama, yaitu ingin melaksanakan tanggung jawab yang telah diberikan oleh pihak madrasah dengan baik. Sedangkan motivasi eksternal pendidik terbilang beragam, diantaranya ingin memenuhi kebtuhan sehari-hari keluarganya, ingin menambah pengalaman dan lainnya. Namun motivasi mengajar tersebut belum merata di setiap pendidik, terdapat beberapa kendala yang mempengaruhi motivasi mengajar pendidik diantaranya tidak adanya regulai yang jelas terkait kenaikan gaji terkhusus di Lembaga Takhassus Tahfiz Al-Qur’an Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an, padatnya jadwal keseharian santri yang dibarengi dengan kurangnya jam tahfiz di MTs Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an, sehingga pendidik lebih mengkedepankan capaian target hafalan dibandingkan kualitas hafalan, padatnya jumlah santri dalam satu kelas, mempengaruhi pendidik dalam menjaga kualitas hafalan para santrinya. 2. Kualitas hafalan Al-Qur’an santri di MTs Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an tergolong bagus. Karena selain indikator umum hafalan Al-Qur’an yang berkualitas seperti hafalan yang lancar, bacaan yang sesuai dengan kaidah tajwid dan fashahah. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with the type of phenomenological research. The research was conducted at MTs Al-Wathoniyah 1A Duren Sawit, Academic Year 2020-2021. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The subjects of this study were the headmster, the deputy head of the madrasah in the field of curriculum, and teachers in the field of study. The implementation of the academic supervision of headmaster is carried out in three cycles, namely cycle 1 in the form of a contract, cycle 2 in the form of implementation, and cycle 3 in the form of strengthening. The results showed that the implementation of academic supervision of headmaster during the Covid 19 pandemic was going well. Although the learning uses a weekly class shift system, it does not reduce the enthusiasm of the headmaster to continue to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process at MTs Al-Wathoniyah 1A Duren Sawit. Teaching and learning activities at MTs Al-Wathoniyah 1A Duren Sawit are conducted face-to-face with a system of alternating classes every week. Model ASYIK (Aman, Senang, Yakin, Inovatif dan Kreatif) merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada aspek keamanan, keseruan, dan kepercayaan diri anak dalam proses belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 20 anak usia 4-6 tahun, 4 guru, dan kepala sekolah TKIT Al-Adzkiya Bekasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Model ASYIK yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan sosial-emosional anak. Peningkatan terlihat pada aspek kesadaran diri, manajemen diri, kesadaran sosial, dan kemampuan membina hubungan. Faktor pendukung utama adalah komitmen guru dan keterlibatan orang tua, sementara faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan waktu dan variasi kemampuan anak.
